Facebook provides a sense of community, and while the platform is ever-changing, it is important to stay engaged with your audience on Facebook.
It is where people post life events, share success and struggles, and it is super easy to engage users.
I have had numerous experiences working with Facebook, but recently I have taken the helm as the manager for the Volgenau School of Engineering Facebook page.
Before my arrival, the page hadn’t been used in some time, but I knew it was important to tap into.
Here are some keys to success:
- Consistent content
- Engage with users who comment on posts
- Content that calls for engagement
- Images have performed best in my experience
- Keep track of tags and shares, engage with those users as well
